SHIP LOADING

Polycontrols designed and implemented a fully automated ship loading facility for a major steel mill. The telemetry system oversees the entire ship loading and unloading operations. Automated functions include product grade selection, loading sequences, truck identification, weighing, operator work orders, conveyors controls, data logging and production of reports.
