Polycontrols offer its customers the opportunity to test their systems in one of our four in-house dedicated test facilities. Our standard facility accommodates small and medium size projects and our large capacity industrialization facility for metal additive manufacturing (PolyCSAM) offers our customers a 2875 square foot dedicated and controlled environment that ensures confidentiality. In addition to provide access to several different Thermal Spray/Cold Spray systems from all major manufacturers, our facility is equipped with:
- Complete agnostic metal additive manufacturing platform
- 9-axis robotic platform with an 8m operating span
- Complete data collection and connectivity platform, Industry 4.0 oriented
- Complete infrastructure suitable for Thermal & Cold Spray
